The four lettered happiest, hurtful, mysterious (and what not!) word causing happiness, pain and loads of confusion in lives of people. While I started to write something about it on this "so called" special day, nothing popped up in my mind. Like nothing. Nada.  I questioned myself - Can we really say/write about love? Can we really define love? Isn't Love a feeling to experience and an expression to let someone know about your feeling? There are SO many kinds of love that words alone can never do it justice. Probably that is the reason they simplified it to the phrase 'I Love You'. Love towards our parents, siblings, husband/wife, kids, family, friends, pets, acquaintances, and even to a stranger, we show our love and respect. Each one of us has our own feeling, experience, definition and obviously our own ways of expressing it. Love is like a sneeze, I feel.. you know.. the restlessness before and the relaxation after. I am so so happy!!! Happy for surprising me who likes surprising others. *dancing* Didn't understand? Read on. I am always a kind of person who likes to surprise people, in any way. A sudden visit to home, wrong calls to friends, gifts to my niece, online shopping to special ones and so on.  This thing started from my dad when he returned home from his business trip. I still remember those days when I was a little kid (1st or 2nd class?) and when my dad left to Mumbai on his business trip. As the little girl of my dad, I cried, cried and cried again till he returned. My mom always consoled me that he would come back soon with my gifts. I never bothered.  One pleasant early morning, I couldn't believe my eyes seeing my dad at the door. For a moment I thought that was a dream and started to cry in sleep. That was the first surprise I remember as a kid. He also surprised me with a water bottle in the shape of colgate paste. I loved it. I took that to school and announced it ...

We have this long weekend in USA for Memorial Day. Of course I have long weekends every alternate weeks. It doesn't make much difference for me. But these are the weekends people actually plan for trips. Summers here and we SHOULD plan.   Last year this time was really fun for me. This time just that I don't have friends here, but last year was fun with my friends. I went to Niagara and New york. It was a 3day plan and went very smooth. We actually don't know how to go and all. So, we booked our tourism tickets for Niagara. Its a Chinkis travel services. From Groton (the place I was there in Connecticut), we went to NY in bus for 3hours. And the bus to Niagara is next morning at 7.  As we don't have any place to stay for a night, we planned to stay at our bus stop but they didn't allow us. Yay!! So, we had to stay at Times Square the whole night. Isn't it fun? This is the place I love the most in NY. It is such a lively and crowded place. But still no one ...
